Since 2006, he has amassed extensive experience in legal practice and made the decision to establish JAPSINURAT Law Office in 2015.
As the Founder & Managing Partner, he leverages over 10 years of legal practice experience, showcasing expertise across all legal sectors.
He honed his exceptional skills by handling legal issues for several major companies such as MAP, Carsurin, PWC, and others.
Furthermore, he has accumulated abundant experience in providing advice and managing clients from various sectors in criminal law, corruption, civil law, commercial law, property claims, divorce cases, drafting labor unions, and conducting legal audits for companies.
Renowned for his proficiency in handling bankruptcy cases, he actively advises clients on various Intellectual Property matters, ranging from protection aspects to transactions and litigation.
In the realm of Corporate Law, he has addressed several legal issues related to companies, including business agreements of clients.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Parahyangan Catholic University, Subsequently, he attained a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia.
Active in professional associations, he is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Rotary Club Indonesia.
Irjen Pol (Purn.) Basaria Panjaitan, S.H., M.H.

She became the first woman to be elected as a commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. Members of the House Commission III of the Indonesian DPR conducted an open election in December 2015, where they elected her.
She earned the distinction of being the first woman to hold the rank of Inspector General (two stars) in the history of the Indonesian National Police Force.
She underwent training at the Police Officer Candidate School (Sepa) in Sukabumi. Upon graduating as a policewoman with the rank of Second Lieutenant Police, she received her first assignment in the Narcotics Division of the Bali Regional Police. She pursued postgraduate studies in Economic Law at the University of Indonesia.
Throughout her career, she served in various roles within the Indonesian National Police Force. She held positions such as Chief of the Narcotics Division of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Chief of the Narcotics Division of the West Java Regional Police, and Director of Criminal Investigation of the Riau Islands Regional Police. Additionally, she served as the Chief of the Inspectorate of the Police Professionalism and Security Directorate (Propam), Head of the Security Bureau of the Personnel and Logistics Affairs Division, and Senior Instructor at the Indonesian National Police Staff and Command College (Sespim).
She held various positions throughout her career, including Clerk at the Directorate of Security and Public Order Bureau of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters (1984), Investigator at the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters (1990), Narcotics Chief of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police (1997), Narcotics Chief of the West Java Regional Police (2000), Director of Criminal Investigation of the Riau Islands Regional Police (2007), Lead Investigator at the Directorate V/Tipiter of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters (2008), Chief of the Inspectorate of the Police Professionalism and Security Directorate (Propam) (2009), Head of the Personnel and Logistics Affairs Division (2010), Senior Instructor at the Indonesian National Police Staff and Command College (2010), Chief of Security and Social Order of the Indonesian National Police (2015), and Deputy Chairperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission of Indonesia (2015–2019).
Dr. Pahala D Sinurat, S.T, M.Sc., Ph.D.

He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University (TAMU) in the USA. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia.
Currently, he serves as a Lecturer at ITB, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in various subjects including Petrophysics, Plan of Development, and Reservoir Data Analytics. Additionally, he conducts integrated machine learning studies in collaboration with Pertamina E&P.
Previously, he worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at TAMU, where he taught undergraduate courses and conducted comprehensive well log and core analysis studies on various fields. He also pursued his Ph.D. at TAMU, focusing on reservoir modeling and integrated petrophysics studies.
Before his academic career, he gained extensive industry experience as a Reservoir Engineer and Petrophysicist at Medco E&P, where he was involved in various projects including shale gas evaluation, reservoir simulation, and production forecasting. He also worked as a Production Engineer at Medco E&P, where he specialized in well performance evaluation and artificial lift surveillance.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of areas including well testing, reservoir simulation, hydraulic fracturing, and surface facility evaluation. He has received several honors and awards for his contributions to the field of Petroleum Engineering and has completed numerous specialized courses to enhance his skills and knowledge.
Moshe Rizal

He actively led and managed the Association of Indonesian Oil and Gas Companies (ASPERMIGAS), steering efforts to support Indonesian oil companies in the development of the nation's oil and gas industry. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in facilitating engagements with global venture capital and private equity firms, advising on multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects financing, assets and company equity acquisitions, and corporate financial restructuring. Moreover, he spearheaded various initiatives aimed at implementing oil and gas projects, including endeavors related to mature petroleum wells production, gas processing plant operations, and the utilization of microbial enhancement oil recovery technology within Indonesia.
His contributions extended beyond operational leadership to encompass significant regulatory advancements within the Indonesian oil and gas sector. Notably, he promoted and advocated for the adoption of a new non-cost recovery regime, specifically the Gross Production Sharing Contract, which was instrumental in enhancing the economic viability of oil and gas operations in the country. His efforts culminated in the issuance of Ministry Regulations, such as no.38/2015 on "Expediting the Exploitation of Unconventional Oil and Gas", no.8/2017 on "Gross Split Production Sharing Contract", and subsequent amendments under Ministry Regulation no.52/2017, which collectively facilitated improved field economics for oil and gas players in Indonesia.
Aside from his role at ASPERMIGAS, he also held prominent positions in various other organizations within the energy and technology sectors. These include serving as the Co-Founder and President Director of Putra Pratama Investama Energi, where he led engagements with global investment firms and oversaw infrastructure projects financing and corporate restructuring efforts. Additionally, he co-founded Solusi Teknologi Samudera and Radian Teknologi Global, where he played critical roles in financial strategy development, investment relations, and technological innovation within the energy sector.
His extensive experience and leadership abilities are further evidenced by his involvement in the University of New South Wales, where he pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Science with a specialization in Project Management. Through his educational background and diverse professional endeavors, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to driving progress and innovation within Indonesia's energy landscape.
